A dedicated CSF Project Manager will develop a quote and work with you to understand your specifications and expectations. Whether you are changing the store’s colour scheme with a Case Lift or adding new doors to an open multi-deck case, CSF will work closely with you to achieve your objectives.
Communicating the project plan
Large remodels or CapEx projects have many moving parts and many stakeholders. CSF Project Managers develop a customised project plan that is communicated to all internal and external parties.
Installation and fulfillment
We offer a turnkey solution, which means we are done only when your cases are completed and ready for store opening. Our professional installation teams are knowledgable and efficient and work during closing hours so you don't miss a beat.
Final walkthrough and store sign-off
